At Coding Kiddos, we want you and your child to be completely satisfied with our coding courses and programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all our customers.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for the first 4 sessions of any program or course. If you or your child are not satisfied with our service for any reason during the trial period, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.
For prepaid session packages (e.g., 6, 12, or 24 sessions), refunds are calculated based on the number of unused sessions at the single-session rate, minus any package discounts received.
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical or family emergencies, we will work with you to provide a full refund or course credit, regardless of the timing. Please contact us with documentation to discuss your situation.
If classes are cancelled or significantly disrupted due to issues on our end (technical problems, instructor unavailability, etc.), you will receive a full credit for the affected sessions or a prorated refund at your choice.
If a student is removed from a class or program due to behavior that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be provided. We reserve the right to remove students who disrupt class or behave inappropriately.
